At Richard K. Davis Construction our project managers not only understand the codes and requirements of all of our local governing authorities, they also serve as a construction liaison with the many design professionals required to complete a set of plans. During construction, we count on our own In-House Crews specializing in concrete, masonry, pre-engineered steel, carpentry, cabinetry, and painting. By using our own staff, instead of subcontracting these aspects of the job, we maintain the level of quality we are known for and command greater control over the timely completion of each project.

When a project does require subcontractors for mechanical, electrical, finish, or sitework, we count on our experience to identify those subcontractors who are reputable and do quality work. We do not invite everyone to bid our projects, only those that have proven themselves over the years.
